Nature of the service
Services consist of independent educational coaching and feedback. They are not affiliated with UCAS or any university. The student remains responsible for the accuracy, originality, and submission of all application material.
No admissions guarantee
No admission, interview, test score, or other outcome is guaranteed. Decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions.
Academic integrity
I will not write application responses on a student's behalf, fabricate experiences, or assist with dishonest conduct. Work may be refused or ended where academic integrity is compromised.
Scheduling
Sessions must be booked within the agreed programme period. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be treated as used, except in genuine emergencies.
Refunds
Before coaching begins, a customer may request a refund within seven days of purchase, less unrecoverable payment processing charges. Once document review, written feedback, or a live session has begun, the completed portion is non-refundable. Any remaining undelivered portion will be considered fairly on request.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
