When you submit an enquiry, I collect the information you provide, such as names, contact details, school or city, intended entry year, target courses, and requested support. Payment providers process payment data; I do not store full card details.
Purpose
I use this information to assess suitability, reply to enquiries, deliver purchased coaching, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, communications, scheduling, or payments, or where required by law. I do not sell personal information. Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian should be aware of and consent to a minor's use of paid coaching. Parents may contact me regarding their child's information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by emailing abizerkhumusi@gmail.com.
